After my first 2 weeks of my 'lifestyle change', I have lost 3 pounds by working out 4 times a week and eating an average of 1250 calories a day. I know this may not sound like a lot but Im very happy and excited because its always been hard for me to lose weight because of a medication Im on.
I've been keeping a food journal everyday and that has helped tremendously! I also write down in red every time I eat out and WOW its a lot! Im thinking this might also help save me some $$!
