Yo!
Hello community, I just joined this website and I hope that it can be a good motivation. I am a high school student and I spend most of my time studying art and such (art doesn't require much movement... see how this weight hung on?)
Anyway, this isn't as much of a 'weight loss journey' as it is just getting healthy, a healthy weight being part of it. My diet is (moderately) average and healthy for my age/height/etc, but I need to cut snacks and such. If anyone has tips for healthy weight loss for teenagers I'd love to hear what you have to say! Maybe some 'getting started' motivation/tips too... that's where I struggle the most.
