Yo!

  • Hello community, I just joined this website and I hope that it can be a good motivation. I am a high school student and I spend most of my time studying art and such (art doesn't require much movement... see how this weight hung on?)

    Anyway, this isn't as much of a 'weight loss journey' as it is just getting healthy, a healthy weight being part of it. My diet is (moderately) average and healthy for my age/height/etc, but I need to cut snacks and such. If anyone has tips for healthy weight loss for teenagers I'd love to hear what you have to say! Maybe some 'getting started' motivation/tips too... that's where I struggle the most.

    I wish I had some advice to give you but I am just like you and just starting to figure out what I need to do to get rid of this weight I put on!

    I read a lot of the board before I even introduced myself, and WOW...that really got me motivated and got some really helpful tips from people who have been struggling like me!
