They range from 17-19 points; doesn't sound like a good choice to me. Beware of words like "fresh" which make you think healthy and good for you--could be high calorie.

Happy losing!

Actually the sandwiches are very 'healthy' however they are high calorie. They are made with 'grainy' breads and fresh ingredients but are very large. Most of the time if you eat only 1/2 of one of the sandwiches and have a salad you have a great meal.

Nipper here, I joined weight watchers here in New York where I live. I bought the dining out book which is great for me, living in a city like this. First weight watchers meeting I went to there were these three women that sat behind me and cracked gum like the fourth of July.
So I decided to attend a meeting in Manhattan. I went to the village and this woman walked in ,sat down and yelled out ," Can we snap this meeting a long, I've got a lunch date!" I mean most New Yorker's in general are animals. I just can't get into the meetings!. I think that the plan is good! I have a friend that lives down in Virginia Beach and she has really lost some weight on this diet so far!

Thumbs down nipper

Hey Kelly, I use to live in Tuscon many years ago before moving to New York. I lived right on University Blvd near the campus. I worked at Tuscon Medical Center right on Grant St.
I showed my nursing friends here in New York, where I use to live and how nice the hospitals are down there. They can't believe that I left there to come here! New York, is a dump in a half, but there is a lot to do here.
It was funny everytime I go back to visit, and I run into a New Yorker living there, they always tell me that they are hiding out! nipper
