Default Just figured out Iam a binge over eater!

Gosh what took me 58 years to figure THAT OUT DUH! Some one on another thread had suggested some one read it it because they were an exteremist....hummmm sounds like me always trying to be in control and then totally going out of control!!!!!! Fit me like a glove I am hurting and happy kinda but really upset right now need to process this... WILL BE BACKKK

Hang in there, it sucks to confront the fact of binge eating, but it is definitely the first step to getting control! <<hugs>>

Thanks Have had my hubby home for 3 days and have been trying to do the best I can with having time to process we are celebrating our 34th anniversay, He leaves for work in the morning and I will have more time to deal with my self and COTROLING MYSELF!

I felt the same way, but I didn't figure it out for myself, my therapist had to tell me.

It might sound slightly crazy but finding out what I thought was just my stupid weakness, is an actual thing other people have really helped. It also gave me some hope that there is a way to change my bad habits, and that it really is just a bad habit, and not me that's bad.

I sympathize, and hope the shock wears off soon. But I think it's a really great sign that you were astute enough to identify this yourself.
