Default Lost 70 lbs with the help of a board like this one

And then gained 50 back... I'm trying to work myself back into a healthy lifestyle... the boards I used all of those years were integral to my success. Unfortunately, they are no longer available and I'm starting all over again. I remain friends with many of those people and I know the bonds that can be created through this struggle. I look forward to getting to know some of you!

I have the opportunity to post frequently through my days, so if there's a board that someone can recommend, please direct me. I love to offer support as well as share food logs, etc.

The first steps I've taken are recording every food item and calorie estimate for the days... I've also worked up a schedule that includes gym times (another key for me)...

I'm 33 and single and know that this is the time I need to lose this weight for good. I've very excited to have found this board. Looks like a great format!

Hey there!

We have a TON of forums to offer. You might check out any of our forms by plan (Calorie Counters, South Beach, etc) or the 30-somethings. We also have the 100 lb club, for those who are on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more.

THEN we have forums for exercise, and a lot of miscellaneous challenges all over the place.

So look around, find a spot (or, like me, MANY spots) to settle in, and get to posting! Can't wait to get to know you better!

Welcome to 3FC! This is a great place with a lot to offer. I know I wouldn't have made it as far as I have without the support and information I've gotten from so many people here. Mandalinn has already suggested some good areas to check out so all I can add is that everyone I've met has been friendly and helpful so don'tbe afraid to just jump in!

Thank you all for the welcome and thanks for the suggestions Mandalinn, I'll be checking them out today! I love the little charting graphics and short-term goals... seems like a good way to stay aware of your own progress.

welcome! I'm new as well. I signed up last wk...started my diet yesterday. I was so excited I found this site cause I am a yo yo dieter and so tired of it and knew if I were to start yet another diet I knew I would need help and support of others going thru the same thing. I have a wonderful and supportive boyfriend, but he's to skinny to understand the frustration lol. Good luck and we're all here for love and support.
