I have always had a weight problem though for as long as I remember. I don't feel healthy and I'm not confident with the way I look. I decided that it's time for me to take control of how I feel about myself. I want to have mor energy for my son and I want to look better for my husband, and for myself.
The last three days I have done so well with drinking water, not eating fast food, and eating lots of fruit, veggies, and no fried food. I just need the motivation to keep it going. I feel better already! I have seen alot of amazing pictures on this site that have me so excited about all the possibilities! I look forward to getting to know some of you and encouraging each other! I hope all of you have a wonderful day
