Just breathe, I know I haven't even started on my weight loss goal but i wasn't always fat so I know that you can't beat yourself up. Take a day, stragetize your weight loss procedures and replan. You can still reach that goal becuase it is very attainable and realistic. You can definitely do it so just embrace today, let it go, reach for the healthy snacks, and start over tomorrow...Hope this helps...
