    I have a huge problem with bread too, but I have a huge problem with practically anything full of calories or "bad" for me

    3fc has helped me sooo much with staying accountable and late-night binges. I hope itll help you too. Everyone here is sooo helpful and supportive, and have always answered all my questions.

  • Welcome to the site!!! I have to admit that bread used to be my weakness, too (seriously, there were many night that I would tear the crust off of regular white bread, ball it up, and eat it). After completing Phase 1 of South Beach I really honestly DID lose all the cravings I used to have for bread. I thought it was BS when I started...but it really does work!!!
