I came across this site a couple of months ago when I was fairly new into my 60 day Insanity program and read lots of great stuff about Insanity. But, after completing 60 days and then doing some of the videos here and there for another couple of months, I am bored with Insanity. It's an AMAZING work out program, not knocking it a bit. I'm just ready for something different. I was pleased with the results but I did not see the results I would have liked to in my stomach and back. I've found I'm not really working out anymore and I hate that feeling. Was looking for some advice on some great work out programs to do after Insanity? I respectfully say I'm not interested in P90X.
I know you can't spot train, but I'd like a program that someone has found great belly and back results with too.Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
