Hi all,
I am new to this site and optimisticaly hopeful that i can and will lose the weight that i have bee arrying around for the last six years. I have tried and failed ww like 3x and have tried lots of other things. Now i am working on pure motivation eating healthy and excersing a lil each day. I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and have felt great.
I am 26 years old, mother of 2 girls and wife to one amazin husband. I am a social worker for child protective services and enjoy shopping and socializing.
Hope to meet some great people here that are struggling with the same issues as me!
Welcome. I suggest you look for a Support Group or Challenge to join; a small group of friends to help keep you motivated, find one that inspires you or fits your needs, and just post to join.
I'm back to doing WW again after going on and off the program as well. So I know how you feel. It can be so difficult to get back on track, but you can do it.
