Default Pectoral exercises please?

As I've lost weight my breasts have become more and more saggy and it's REALLY starting to make me upset. I'm working so hard and getting a saggy old carrier bag of a body in return. I know it's my own fault for eating myself into this state and so I'm eating and exercising myself out of it. But I'm really stumped at my breasts. I cannot afford to have them fixed by a surgeon :_(

I know the pectorals lie under that area and was hoping that by working those muscles and tightening/toning them, they might pull up some of the loose tissue and the skin with it as all these layers are of course attached to eachother.

Are there any such exercises or forms of weightlifting that will help with this sagging ? Or am I being horribly optimistic?

I have tried using the chest press but a friend mentioned that this would not help with sagging as it worked the wrong muscles? And mentioned something about reclining bench press or something. I have no idea what that is or how to do it. Also at the gym I attend, we don't have that big long weight you lie on your back to lift. Only hand weights in various degrees of heavyness (some are very large!! )

Any help and accompanying videos of how to do any exercises that may help me would be greatly appreciated.

I think it depends on your breast size and exactly how bad the sagging is. For the majority of people chest exercises aren't really going to help...sagging is a skin issue not a muscle issue and even though they are "connected", tightening the muscle won't significantly tighten the skin. By building up your pectoralis muscles (you have 2...major and minor) the upper portion of your breast might look fuller but I honestly don't think you can get a significant lift doing exercises (you would have to build some major chest muscles for the underlying muscle to raise the overlying tissue). Think of it in terms of your abs...you can do all the ab exercises in the world but the overlying skin may still sag and be wrinkly.
Sorry for being so negative...if it REALLY bothers you you can usually make payments on plastic surgery procedures over a period of 3-5 years (if your credit is okay)...not that I would recommend that!

You can try chest exercises, cause you should be doing chest exercises anyway as part of your strength training.
But, they're probably not gonna help saggy breasts (they haven't helped mine yet anyway)---sorry !!

Go to a small bra boutique that does professional fittings (NOT Victoria's Secret) and get some good bras. They will change your life. But you need to go to the place where the woman is measuring you, finding the bras for you, adjusting them once they are on and giving her opinion about the fit.

I totally agree with the above posts. When I lost weight in the past and got to 130lbs my breast were saggy and I was doing every weight exercise possible. Now that I am back up to 170 they are like watermelons *sigh*

I did find some great push up and padded bras in the past and my breast looked great. I recommend you do the same and BTW some people are attracted to sagging breast.

Good Luck!
