I have just started the Zone diet today. I was on this board a few times when I tried Metabolic Research (which I was starving on and hated the food). Now I'm on the Zone diet. I don't see a board for it though. =)=). Anyways, hoping some here have had success with it!

Today has gone great! I joined this formulazone website that has all these recipes and it was super cheap and it plans out the meals for me and makes my shopping list. That's my kind of diet LOL. I am so busy.
