I LOVE raspberry tea, peach tea, etc - but I know all they are doing is loading it with syrup, so I'm trying to go to water or regular unsweetened tea, but does anyone know how many points a restaurant glass of a flavored tea probably is?
Not sure on your actual question, but if you have a Sonic Drive In anywhere near you, their flavored iced teas are sweetened with sugarfree syrups...and they have peach and raspberry available. The biggest size ends up at 11 calories.
Just an alternative if you want your fix without the sugar.
You should probably look it up by the restaurant. For example, the Longhorn Steakhouse flavored iced tea is 1 point. If you can't find the points values you could always search "Restaurant name nutritional info" and calculate the points that way.
