How About A Little Competition? *evil grin*

  • So I know this is in the UK fat chicks section but really anyone can join...

    I would like A MAXIMUM of 15 people including me to take part in a little friendly competition

    The first 14 members to reply with their current weight and goal weight are in.

    There will be three groups of five people who will be carefully picked so that their currents weights are similar

    The rules are simple,
    1. No binging
    2. Exercise is a must (between three and five days a week, minimum of one hour, no maximum amount of hours)
    3. No *****iness this is meant to support one another to reach our goals A little friendly banter wouldn't go a miss though
    4. Weigh in will be every Friday

    Let the weight loss commence!!!



    P.S The closing date for the competition is 31/08/2010

    This will be when I calculate which group has won

  • I would like to participate! My current weight is 220.2 & my goal weight is 145
  • Yey!!! we have our first participent!! For this I will make you team leader of team 2, you can choose your own team name and everything

    Oh and my stats as of today are 235lbs and I'm hoping to be 150lbs by August 31st

    I think you are scaring everyone off with your weightloss goals Can I ask what plan/s you are following? weightloss of 60-85lbs in two months is frankly scary its something we watch on the Biggest Loser.

    Did anyone here come close to their target over the last couple of months? I too thought that the targets were scarily high!

    If not please don't be too despondent. Come on over to the Monthly weightloss thread and see if we can't all spur each other into real, sustainable weightloss.
