    Hello from KY! I'm new..and my makeover starts NOW. I'm 32 and am tired of this tire I have around me. I'm thinking of starting the belly fat diet. I did the south beach diet a few years ago and lost about 30lbs. But I need help getting MOTIVATED. any help is welcome!
