Hi all! I'm on day 16 of Prevention's "Flat Belly Walking Plan"; I'm doing the 20-minute 7-day plan to start, but there is also a 40-minute 6-day plan, and a 60-minute plan...after 2 weeks, not only am I looking forward to getting on the TM each morning, BUT I can see the difference in my pants! I've lost over 40 lbs. and kept it off on WW, but have been on a plateau for the last 3 mos; i think I broke my plateau!
