Exercising while injured

  • I sprained my ankle the other day and although it is not a bad sprain I do not want to aggravate it by continuing with my usual exercise regime.

    Does anyone have any suggestions for some cardio exercises I can do that will not aggravate my ankle?

  • Sorry about your sprained ankle. Do some upper body Cardio exercise, with weights. Sitting in a chair and a little leg lift without causing much pain.
