My daughter turned 2 in May and still nurses. Solid foods are her primary nutrition, now, of course. But nursing still provides her emotional comfort, immunities, and some nutrition. There are certain limitations I still have to diets and weight loss ideas, but obviously my caloric intake is not as detrimental as it was when she was younger. I am curious if there are other extended/full-term/long-term/whatever-u-call-it mommas out there and what your methods are.
P.S. - Despite all the hype about how bf'ing helps you lose weight faster? It works for a lot of people, but it SO didn't help me.
