Hello all. My name is Nickie and I am 33 years old. I am the heaviest that I have ever been and am completely out of shape! I have never had to worry about my weight, as I used to be addicted to lifting weights/exercising and have always been very active. But over the last 6 years life happened and all of my dedication to fitness and will power went right out the window. I am at a place in my life now where I am happy where I am, have a wonderful homelife and career. But I am ready to take control of “me” again and feel good about myself!
I am planning on losing 44 lbs total (3 down this week so 41 to go) as well as stick to a low-carb, high fiber diet. I am also going to weight lift 4x a week and walk/jog at least 5x a week. I am still working on setting weekly goals, would love to lose the 41 lbs by the end of October but not sure how that will work out. I need buddies, support and a little magic! LOL. I would love to find other people with the same goals so that we can coach and motivate each other along the way!

I joined a daily weigh-in thread and a CC June Challenge to help keep me accountable. We can do the buddy system if you want. I am calorie counting and doing some type of exercise every day, mainly walking. I can't do much on coaching, but I can sure motivate and inspire.
