Ahh...sitting down and enjoying the last couple hours of my Sunday with some decaf coffee, sweetened with Raspberry sugar-free syrup, and a granola bar. What do you like to do at the end of the day to relax? Does it usually involve eating, like me? *hehe*
At the end of the day I like laying
down in bed! I just like watching TV for once
because I don't have time to during the
day. Also, I'm a big FarmTown player on
facebook.
we usually wind down our evening with tv. sometimes reading, but after being on the computer all day for work, my eyes are usually tired. I have a snack in the evening, sometimes a rice cake with a little pbutter and a glass of skim milk. or a yogurt and a glass of milk.
Yum... raspberry syrup in coffee sounds awesome, I am going to have to try that!
My relaxing end of the day rituals usually involve some journaling time (just reflecting on the awesome things that I have seen and done that day) and listening to some chill music with a cup of tea. It sounds so cheezey but I really look forward to it! And then sleep comes next and thats even better
