Hello All,
I am currently weening myself of Medifast. I have been on it of 2 weeks and am so violently hungry, that I get very nausus. My husband and I had the talk and said I should get to the old way of doing things...Count Calories...
I am getting a Buddy Bugg, which I am so excited about. Slowly will be starting my exercising (DVD's, treadmill, maybe Zumba DVD's, working out at the reck center in our neighborhood).
All I know is, I have never been so hungry and I mean truly hungry in all my life. I would rather spend my hard earned money on something more worth wild...Like rewarding myself when I hit my short goals that is more preductive in my healthy eating and exercise journey.
My question: Do you all right down and journal everything you eat?
I did a great jounal of eating on Excel. Please let me know.
I look so forward to reading your posts and any help I get would be so appreciated.
