Setting my 1st mini goal!!!

Start somewhere, right?? Ok, so I'm going to start my lifestyle change...slowly but surely!
My mini goal is to start counting cals again...no more than 2000 cals per day. I will consider this mini goal completed after 21 days of being consistant.
I could use your support
