Setting my 1st mini goal!!!

  • Start somewhere, right?? Ok, so I'm going to start my lifestyle change...slowly but surely!

    My mini goal is to start counting cals again...no more than 2000 cals per day. I will consider this mini goal completed after 21 days of being consistant.
