So, I want the good, the bad, and the ugly
! How much have you lost and what are you noticing that you're enjoying, or even hating.I'm 65 lbs down, and my muffin top has shrunk! It's still there, but it's definitely flattening out a bit. And guess what? In the last few weeks, I've discovered that I do have hip bones! It's nice, but it hurts to lay on my side on anything firm.
Also, I have bicep muscles! I can't really see them yet, but I can feel them under the arm fat! Speaking of arm fat. . .I'm getting bat wings. I do not like that! The skin is really starting to hang under my arms - I'm hoping it will shrink up a bit. I'm also noticing a little sagginskin around my knees, and I'm not thrilled with that either.Mostly, though, I'm feeling stronger. I can run up the stairs! I can lift laundry baskets! I can get on and off the toilet without feeling like I'm going to get stuck there! It's awesome, and I wouldn't trade it for anything


My legs are toning up also
And I'm ok with that!!
