Yes but with high fiber choices, you get more calories than 950 or whatever. More fiber equals more flexibilty on calories. Now, if you were to eat lots of foods with no fiber, then yes, it wouldn't be a lot of calories. For example. I used to be on 28 points per day which would be 1400. With lots of zero foods (veggies), high fiber foods, and what not, I'd would routinely calculate around 1600-20000 calories a day (depends on weekly points use). I was still losing weight at that time too.
