Default Something hurts. Switch or rest completely? (Kind of long)

I'm not quite sure if it happened one day when I was jogging or when I was walking on an incline, but I have some kind of injury. It's hard to explain. The area right above the back of my knee, kind of like the very bottom portion of my hamstring, hurts. It started a few days ago and was just a little ache that only occurred when I walked on an incline. Once I really got into my workout the pain went away (until after I was done). I continued to walk. Now, it hurts at other times, like if I move my leg the wrong way. I've been icing the area, stretching really good and using Aleve.

My questions: Should I take a rest completely? I was thinking of not working out until Monday to give it a rest. Or, is it okay if I continue to exercise, as long as it isn't walking, running or anything else that bears a lot of weight on the legs? If I can continue, can anyone suggest exercises that will allow this area to rest and still give me a halfway decent workout? Thanks!
