Default My period came normally!

Wahoo! I woke up this morning to a normal cycle! I'm so excited - this is the first time it's come without the aid of provera in months. 28 pounds down will make a difference.

Lol, the only bad part is that I have a gyno appointment on Wednesday. Guess I might be changing that one around!

Also, the cramps are TERRIBLE. Much worse than provera cramps. So, I guess TOM still sucks, but I'm glad to be getting it normally!

Congrats!! My doc and I suspect PCOS that I am treating naturally -- and I have had anovulatory (sp?) periods for a whle -- I am now ovulating again and my periods are coming regularly though I have a longer cycle.

So, good for you!!! Losing weight DOES make a huge difference! Just think of how our bodies will work like machines when we get to goal!

I need some low carb food ideas...I am trying to stay low carb and eat proteins with every meal. However, I am getting bored of the same food.

Congrats! I had the same thing happen to me not too long ago. I can't even recall the last time I actually had a normal period that started and stopped within a normal weeks time. I remember my periods use to go on for MONTHS!

But, again, congrats!
