I just found a thread for Turbo Jams and it encouraged me to go into my DVD stash and pull it out. I haven't done this in probably 2 years! I loved it and I feel so energized right now (compared to 45 minutes ago when I wanted to go lay down and take a nap)

I am so out of shape right now and I didn't even know it! I could not keep up with the moves they were doing, but I kind-of did my own version of it for the entire 20 minutes, dancing and kicking and punching. It's so much fun! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow and hopefully see the results after a couple of weeks. Woohoo! I feel so good today!

So I came home and found this DVD, I bought it years ago and used it maybe twice. I did Punch Kick and Jam and feel GREAT! The only problem is I can't find the disc with cardio party and ab jam on it
But I loved this one so much I'm thinking of making it a daily thing!!

That was pretty fun! Had a hard time keeping up, but I did my best!
Can't wait to see that scale start moving down again!!!
