Does anyone here go to spin classes?
Hubby and I go frequently and have been for over 2 years now. Love it! I am bummed though because I actually gave up one spin class to run instead. Hopefully once I get better at running I can add that spin class back in but I don't want to over do it in the beginning of running.
If you spin on a frequent basis and don't have spin shoes, I highly recommend them. It has made such a difference in my ride.
One day hubby and I will become spin instructors and teach classes together
