I cant say much for P90X but I'm in the 3rd week of Cha-Lean and I'm LOVING it. I can really tell I have toned up since starting it. My rear does feel alot more firmer and my arms are firmer and Im just stronger in general. The only problem I have right now is that my weights only go to 12.5lbs and she really recommends higher but im making them work. It has kick started my weight loss again and I have been loosing about pound a week. Hope that helps
