First time since I've been taking it steady, there is no chance in my weight (I weigh every 2 weeks and my doctor weighs me every month) I wish I could blame 'time of the month' but those days were over many years ago!
I'd be fibbing if I said I wasn't disappointed. The sensible side of me is prepared for little or no weight loss, but the thin Dinky inside doesn’t understand that! Ah well, onwards and upwards, I’ll get there eventually.
Yes, you will Dinky! Yes you will. Just keep on truckin' and keep in touch here.

Calling SusanB
Oh...! Ontario. What a beautiful place. I was there 40 years ago, came through it on way to Montreal. I always said I would go back, but never did.
Keep on keeping on, Dinky.
We can do this!
yes, hang in there! weight loss has been a huge learning experience where I've had to figure out what worked and didn't for me (ahem, still learning, actually).
Oh keep going! Come on here and read and talk to some of us...(I love being able to say us! Even though I just joined) and let it motivate you to keep going! There were so many times this last week I wanted to quit but coming on her pushed me to keep going! Just think of all you've lost and where you want to be! Scale wise and physically and emotionally and tell yourself you will get there!
It can get frusrating at times. I try to look at it as "no weight gain this week!" rather then no loss.
The 'no loss' weeks suck - but the great part is that you didn't gain any, you maintained! Maybe your body is just adjusting, and next week will be another 'down some more' week. You will get there eventually.
