Default ridding my kitchen of bad food

Today I am just going to go through my food bin and fridge and get rid of everything that would put me off track. I'm not going to throw them away but put them in the fridge in my office. Someone will eat it there no doubt. The hardest to give away....those toaster strudels.

lol I hear ya! I live with my parents and brother, who don't eat healthy and if it wasnt for me and my grocery habits they wouldnt even have switched to whole wheat yet! I raided the cupboards and fridge not too long and everything that would throw me off I put in a bag in my mom's closet, and if they want a snack they go get it from the closet in her bedroom... and honestly I noticed a big difference because not only am I not snacking out of the cupboard (ya know, pretzel here or there...) either is the rest of my family! It works!

HAHAH Jenny that's awesome you convinced your parents to put snacks in their closet!!!

I live with my parents too so often it's hard... like the other night my parents had pizza. They asked if I wanted any and my reply was "Yes I want it, but no I'm not going to have it!"

I think it's great that you're doing that for yourself Amy! That takes a strong person to get RID of it all... especially yummy toaster strudels!

I did the same thing when I started--got rid of ALL of the junk. Only junk food I keep now is a few things for the kids...which they're things that don't even appeal to me. It helped me out A BUNCH!
