Question Please help with WII FIT PLUS

I got a WII Fit for xmas. I keep searching for some totoal body routine that I don't have to make up myself. Any ideas on where to get better info. The nintendo site is not very useful.

Get the EA Sports Active for the WII. You can pick the kind of workout and it goes through several different exercises. It also has a 30 day challenge. You can choose the intensity and I believe the length of time you work out. It definitely is different from the Wii Fit, and you have to work harder. It knows when you aren't doing each exercise and will tell you about it.

You can use the pre-programmed routines and then when you do/see what you like, build your own. I went to wiifitroutine.com and they give options based on what your goals are (weight loss, strength, etc) how long you want to exercise, what your level of fitness is, etc. It creates a routine based on the info you put in. For me, I start with a 26 minute yoga routine that I built then individually do aerobic exercises depending on my mood.

Thanks. The EA Sport Active is on my wish list.

The wiifitroutine.com site looks like what I've been looking for.
