It sounds like your answer is right there in your post - you lost weight while you were eating on plan and doing cardio five times a week. Now you aren't doing those things and you aren't losing weight, so maybe it's time to get back to the things you were doing before that worked for you.
I'm definitely struggling with the exercise too - the weather in February is so dreary where I am that it makes me want to curl up in bed all day and not do anything. Which is funny, because I know I feel so much better and so much more energetic when I'm active... We can do this!!!
