15 minutes of heaven at the end of a Monday! 

We're here for you! I'm finally able to focus more on 3FC after a rough two weeks.
I'm proud of myself because I did a blue square and it's only my 3rd time boarding! And I didn't die on it!
I broke my little 160s plateau and I am NOT going to see the 160s on the scale again. Today I'm eating 100% on plan (which I've been kind of cheating about since January, so that's probably why I hit a plateau - plus I stopped working out as much) and I'm going to workout and feel awesome about myself!
Hooray you for getting into the 150s!! 160s, never again! WOOT!

I'm sending positive vibes your way, as long as you send some my way! This is what I just went through to get to the 150s - you just have to know that you will get there - and you will! I went from 161 back up to 165-168 and it came back off. It sounds like you've been doing a lot of physical labor over the weekend so you're probably retaining water! Stay positive, you can and you WILL do this sweetie!

Poor girl!!!! You said minor fender bender so I'm going to assume you're okay. I know you're stressed over finances, etc, but just look at it as the universe looking out for you since the bf got a raise and you got tax returns back. It could be so much worse. I know it doesn't stop the stressing, but maybe it'll put a little ray of sunshine in your rain cloud.
