Default motivation

I work 9 1/2 hours every Sunday at JCPenney which means 9 1/2 hours on my sore feet/back then I came home and did about two hours of homework. I know I need a workout tonight though cuz I missed two this week. What's your motivation on nights like this?

I work 12 hour shifts 4 days on and I'm dead tired to work out when I get home. So since I'm only a 25 minute walk there and home on those days I walk to work, because I know I won't work out.

oh that would be great, but it would take me an hour to walk there...or more.. and it's not walkable here either... I try to park far out in the parking lots, but thats a stretch to call it my work out...

i think on these days work out before you go to work so that way you wont be dead tired when you get home.

and if you dont work out before work then when you get home keep it a light workout.

I agree with Mickey and say that maybe workout before work on those long days, if it has to be afterward do something easy like a brisk walk?
Morning workouts are supposedly energizing?? Yes, no, maybe? I have only been doing mine at night, so I couldn't tell that from experience.

What about at lunch?

To answer your actual question though, I find that if I just say "I'm going to do it right now" when I'm debating I tend to do just that. Get right up and go.
