2lb gain this week :(

  • I cant really see where things have went wrong apart from a takeway i had a few nights ago ....things were going sooo well............................. been a bit of a dissapointment but i will have 2 up my game this week....
  • Was what you ate loaded with sodium? I find that's one of the biggest problems I have with the scale. If I have a lot of salty things and don't drink enough water I *WILL* see it the next morning.

    Don't lose your head over it. Drink plenty of water, get back on track and keep your chin up!
  • I agree, it was sodium. There is NO WAY what you ate in takeaway was 7000 calories. You are holding on to water weight. Drink plenty of water and I have found that having a cup of hot tea before bed helps with water retention too... although it could be my imagination. good luck, darlin.
  • I agree with the other girls...it's not a real 2 lbs. You would have had to eat a lot of take out to gain two pounds!! You're fine, don't let it get in your head and throw you off. You're doing great.
  • thanks guys u know your probs right i had pizza soo its filled with salt an i do feel like im retaining water also forgot 2 ov my contriception pills so theres my answer i suppose ......drink losts of water n get back on track thanks guys xxx
