I was looking back at some old pictures on facebook...and I found this picture from an All American Rejects concert that my sister won tickets to and took me...
and look at this one...which is the most recent picture I have of myself...from some time in early december.
my face is SO much smaller...I hadn't even realized. It's kinda crazy...I look like a different person. Maybe this is the motivation I've needed to get back on track!!
you are so pretty! You look much younger too since you have lost weight! tell me about your experience with the nose stud....I know nothing about them but am thinking of getting one...did it hurt? does it actually go through your nose? I love it....and your glasses! keep up the good work!
Thanks everyone! I definitely feel much more beautiful then I used to...and to think, I always thought my face was one of my best aspects...but now that I see it thinner, I NEVER want to go back to that size.
LeslieLou - I got my nose pierced about a year ago. Probably more. It feels really weird...it definitely hurts a little bit...but it's more pressure pain then like a stabbing pain. It bled a lot at first, but after a few hours it calmed down. You have to be careful to clean it really well...otherwise it will get infected. There is actually a nerve that goes through your nose that leads to your tear ducts..and so when they pierce it and put the pressure on that nerve, you'll usually cry...but it's not from the pain, it's just from the pressure on that nerve. I love it, I'm glad that I did it...oh, and it DOES go all the way through your nose. I wear what's called a nose screw...it basically twists into the hole, and because it is a spiral on the bottom, thats what holds it inside your nose.
You actually look like you don't have any weight to lose at all! You are really very good looking! Actually, I think you looked really good before too, but in this society, let's be honest: thin is in! Well done! You have so much to be proud of and it's inspirational for me to see your pictures. I think you look beautiful in both pictures, but you definitely look healthier and happier in the newer one. You can really tell the difference. Congrats!
