Default Help Me!

I have recently decided to get back on the wagon after being pregnant. Yay! The only problem is that since I have made that decision I seem to be unconsciously sabotaging myself. I find myself making and EATING more junk food than ever! And the whole time I feel like crap, but I cant seem to get myself to stop. Has anyone gone through this and have any advice for me?

OMG! yes! all the time. just when i feel im doing good i may slip up then i just throw in the towel completely. its like im saying an ultimate so what, it doent matter and end up eating everything in sight. its a moment of weakness which will only pass with sheer determination, will power, and good distractions. dont feel alone. it has happened to every single one of us and it feels like crap but the net time it happens realize what it is, remember how you feel now, and resist. i was having one of these episode 2 weeks ago. what really helped me was telling the people around me about my weight loss goals so i'd feel even more guilty eating junk in front of them and I made my goals and struggle public on 3FC, exactly what you're doing now. i've been posting everything i eat and all the exercise I do everyday iin this forum just to keep me accountable (and boy does it work). you've lost 15 pounds which is amazing, just hand in there, only 39 to go!

tips:
1.) don't eat if you're not hungry (figuring out if you're hungry or bored is an art!)
2.) if you know you just ate but want more have a glass of water to fill the space
3.) brush your teeth it you're having a craving
4.) sugar free gum is a good way to keep your mouth busy and fromeating something your body doesn't need.
5.) good advice i've gotten from the ladies is distract yourself. keep yourself and especially your hands busy. DO NOT WATCH TV! food commercials are the devil! read, knit, get on a social network, something to switch your mind's focus.

good luck and remember, you can do this!
