Hello! I just wanted to share my excitement! Yesterday I started a WW/SB combo and ended up going to bed hungry, thinking I better see results soon or I won't be motivated enough to keep going to bed hungry (I used all my points, exercised, and used about 3 flex/activity points as well). So I decided to do a day 2 weigh-in and I lost 3 pounds yesterday! I'm aware that these first few days it will mostly be "water weight" but I'm happy to get rid of that too.
