Anddd I'm back!
Well girls, I have been on a hiatus since the end of the summer, but now I'm back and ready to get back on track! I started losing weight the beginning of the summer around the end of May, beginning and June and I stuck with it up until around the end of September. By then, I had gone from 203 to 173ish (give or take.) But I pretty much just all of a sudden stopped. I believe I was just so completely exhausted from the drastic change of diet and physical activity. Since then, I have put back on only around 7 pounds or so.
So here I am now. And I am SO ready to get myself going again. I can't WAIT for the pounds to start melting off again!
Oh, one more thing. I haven't visited this site since I stopped dieting because I felt so guilty about it. When I was visiting everyday, I remember Onederchick was a frequent poster, also I remember Jendiet too. Are you girls still around? I hope so! I would love to see how you ladies look now! =) I'm so glad to be back in the swing of things.
