Bad News: I haven't been on this site in months and haven't lost any weight. I've actually went up four pounds.
Good News: I only went up four pounds and I'm still in the 160s- just barely
Better News: I'm ready to be back and start going again. I'm happier and healthier when I'm working out and eat right. I just need lots of support to get my mojo with my work out routine again!
