Default TOM question

Hi Ladies,
How long after TOM has left do you notice your weight is back to "normal"?

I don't even know WHAT my "normal" weight is, really.

Right after my TOM I'm 138 for a couple of days...then I get up to 140-141, and the week before my TOM and during I'm 142-143. Who knows which one is "normal"...I go more for a range (138-143). If I get above 143 I worry because it never gets that high...

Like how?

The weight loss that you get right after TOM? Now that I watch what I eat... I don't gain any of it back. I love it! TOM over means a quick 1 to 3lb whoosh for me typically!

During the last several months of my weight loss, I got where I didn't lose a SINGLE POUND for three weeks, then during/after my TOM I'd drop 3-5 at a time. It got frustrating...seeing no results for weeks at a time.

I'm the same way ! My weight for the whole week of TOM didn't move but 1 day after I dropped 3 lbs

I think it varies from person to person though.

Yeah, I tend to gain 1-2 lbs the week before, then it all comes off during the last day/day after TOM.
