Well Ive been battling binging for like 3 months now. It seems to be ongoing. Weekends are killing me. But.....................I have not given up. I have continued my walking and running, and continue to do well 5 days a week.
My non scale victory is that an XL shirt fits me! No more 4x's...........................!!!!!

I hear ya on the whole weekends thing.. I'm so good during the week, but as soon as the weekend hits and I'm not doing my normal routine, I go bonkers
