So I've been monitoring what I've been eating for the past two weeks, paying attention to every calorie, and I've noticed that I have a problem with under eating. Seems weird because I have been overweight most of my life, but I think me trying to correct this has just messed up my metabolism.
I'm going to start eating more and more often, but I'm wondering if it it's too late to re-correct the damage? If anyone has ever had this situation before. will I gain weight before I lose weight, or am I stuck at this really low calorie diet? Any other advice would help immensely!
