  • I've almost completed reading The End of Overeating: Taking Control of the Insatiable American Appetite by David Kessler.

    It's very interesting! I definitely recommend it. It talks a lot about the food industry and how they strive to make food ultra palatable - and in the process end up processing more and more nutrients out of food and adding more and more salt, sugar, and fat. The end result is high calorie food, that tastes good bite after bite. :/ Now I know why I love Doritos so much.
