I agree totally! I have been counting my calories, keeping them between 12-1300 a day, and also have been counting my fat grams 30-35 a day. I have lost 20 pounds in four weeks. the first week, I lost 7 pounds! Last week I platued, so I upped it to 1500 for this week, and have already lost 2 more pounds - woo!
So I agree calorie counting is the way to go! And I can pretty much eat whatever I want, as long as I stay within my limits

Another thing that would help to, I found, is vitamin and supplements. I take Chromium Picolonate (sp?) and I have found that it really does work in helping your metabolism
