I need some low calorie, non carb snack ideas. I am drawing a blank. Something besides fruit.

This is my favorite but it's not an "on the go" snack

Sliced cabbage, carrots, broc, whateveryouwant stir fired in a bit of oil (or cooking spray) and I also add some chili oil or sesame oil, ginger or curry and some teriyaki or stir fry sauce. Soooooo good and low cal because the oil or sauces are so flavorful you only need a little bit!

Thank you for asking -- I'd like new ideas too! Most portable snacks are very carby and that's a problem for me (tends to make me hungrier than if I didn't eat them!).

Here are some lower carb snacks (I know some have been mentioned):

SF yogurt cup (don't forget a spoon!), portion controlled nuts (in a baggie), turkey jerky, LC wedges, dried seaweed strips, knox blocks made with SF jello, red pepper wedges (or other veggies), celery sticks stuffed w/a little PB or a little LC cheese, tuna in a pouch (don't forget a fork).

Good luck!
