    Exercise - C2K Week 3, Day 2 & 10 minutes Abs
  • B - bran flakes, banana, milk
    S - mini-scone, mini-muffin
    S - roasted spaghetti squash seeds
    L1 -green pepper strips dipped in light blue cheese dressing mixed with buffalo wing sauce
    L2 - leftover squash souffle
    D - ??? (my mom and her husband are coming to visit, we'll see what they want)

    Total before dinner: 718

    Exercise: day off!

    L- Boca burger, veggies, a few pretzels, glass of milk
    S- apple, sting cheese, almonds
    D- 1/2 cornish game hen, brown rice, glass of milk, veggies
  • B - Venti nonfat latte

    L - catered training... looks like it will be pizza. Going to limit myself to one slice

    D- not sure yet, DH and I are going to go see "Couple's Retreat" after work so probably something close to the movie theater.

    Exercise - none today, another 5k race tomorrow morning, though!
  • B - Rice Chex and 1/2 cup of 1% milk
    S - Apple, triscuits and cheese
    L - Turkey Sandwich, apple, baby carrots, SF jello
    S - PB & Banana sandwich (one slice of bread, 1 tbsp creamy PB, and one banana)
    D - Don't know yet....probably nibbly stuff.

    As of right now, I am at 842 calories with dinner still to go!

    Exercise - 45 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes on the bike
  • Today was my "Day off" my diet, and we went to the Apple festival, so this was not a typical day.

    Breakfast: Whole Wheat pancakes made with toasted ground walnuts and ground flax meal in the flour, topped with chopped apples with cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Snack: 3 locally grown plums

    Lunch:
    1 cup edamame (steamed soybeans)
    1 open pit beef sandwich with BBQ sauce

    Various small food samples at the apple festival

    About 4 cups of apple cider throughout the day


    Dinner: I'm not hungry...Don't know if I'll bother. (It is 7:40 at this point)
