what supplement am I missing?

  • When I started Atkins I started losing hair. I'm taking a multi-vitamin and super B complex vitamins. Is there something else I need to take?
  • You might benefit from 5000 mcg Biotin a day. My hair is waist length, I take the Biotin everyday (have for years now) and I do conditioner only washes. Its helped a great deal.
