I'm Roxanne, I'm 31 and I have PCOS and was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic at the beginning of July. I began trying to get my weight under control in February and gave up about a week into April. I started again at the beginning of July having miraculously only gained back 6 pounds during my nearly 3 months off. Since February 17 I have gone from 245 to today's weight of 209. I want to get pregnant which since I have PCOS and diabetes means I have to lose weight first. My goal weight is 115, but I am hoping for a pregnancy somewhere along the way to stop me from getting there just yet

I am mostly just counting calories and exercising. I use the body bugg system for calorie tracking - I started the body bugg on August 11, it is awesome. I am taking Slim Quick to help with the weight loss along with cinnamon, vitamins, and the drugs the docs give me for my diabetes.
